1. Nature of the Agreement
By interacting with vexothers.digital, you enter into a binding legal contract with Vexothers, headquartered at 60 King William Street, Adelaide. Use of our educational resources implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
We provide specialized analysis and educational paths. Our platform often utilizes third-party visualization tools, specifically TradingView, to present market data. Your use of such features is simultaneously governed by the terms of those respective providers. Vexothers does not own the underlying charting engine but utilizes it to deliver our proprietary educational methodology.

All curricula, white papers, strategy documents, and custom analysis frameworks found on this domain are the exclusive property of Vexothers. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or "scraping" of our educational materials is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.
TradingView Integration
Users may interact with specific visual data sets labeled as TradingView charts. These elements remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under professional licensing or public API agreements. You are prohibited from attempting to bypass technical restrictions or reverse-engineering high-frequency data feeds.
User Contributions
Should you participate in our career development forums or submit case studies, you grant Vexothers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those materials for internal educational improvements and marketing, unless otherwise specified in a separate consulting agreement.
Clarifying the Fine Print
While our job development tracks are designed to increase employability in the financial sector, Vexothers does not guarantee employment. We provide the tools, network, and curriculum; the final hiring decision rests solely with the prospective employer.
Educational subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation. We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations of digital-only resources.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our digital platform or consulting services will be adjudicated within the competent courts of Adelaide, SA 5000.
